Understand the submission and presentation format.
Video Submission
Upon receipt of the abstract acceptance notification, participants need to prepare and submit a 3 to 5-minute video explaining the innovation. The video must contain:
- Project title, Project Members & Institution
- Problem Statement
- Proposed solution
- Innovation and impact
YouTube Upload
The video must be uploaded to the participant's YouTube channel and made public (viewable by anyone). The link for the video needs to be shared in the registration page before the deadline.
Offline Presentation: The organiser will contact all winners to provide details of the offline presentation in Jakarta, Indonesia.
